Extra Eyes Nationwide, Inc. was founded in Southern California by its current President, Suzette Drake. While working in a variety of positions in the retail service industry, Ms. Drake recognized the impact exceptional customer service has on increasing profitability. She set out to create a system for businesses to improve the ways their staff interact with customers, to differentiate themselves from the competition by providing outstanding customer service. Ms. Drake brings over twenty years of experience and knowledge in the customer service industry.
